Dates slip through
General liability, workers' comp, auto, umbrella. Every sub has several expiry dates, and spreadsheets don't send reminders.
Early access · now building
CertRally emails your subcontractors before their COIs expire, collects the renewed certificate, and reads it with AI, so you know who's covered before anyone steps on site.
And when a policy lapses mid-job, the risk can land on you.
General liability, workers' comp, auto, umbrella. Every sub has several expiry dates, and spreadsheets don't send reminders.
Emailing subs, then their agents, then following up again. It's admin time you don't get back.
Low limits, a missing additional-insured box, the wrong certificate holder. It's easy to miss when you're skimming a PDF.
How it works
Import your list from a spreadsheet, then set the coverage you require: minimum limits, additional insured, waiver of subrogation. Set it per trade or per sub.
Before a certificate expires (30, 14 and 7 days out, and again if it lapses), each sub gets an email in your company's name with a private upload link. No account, no app. A phone photo works.
CertRally pulls the carrier, policy numbers, dates and limits off the certificate and flags anything that doesn't match your requirements. Unclear fields are marked for you to check, never guessed.
What you get
CertRally is planned for the office of a small builder or property manager. There's no implementation project and no sales call.

We're building CertRally now. Waitlist members get first access and founding-member pricing, and we'll ask a few questions so we build what you need.
FAQ
Not yet. We're in early development and using this waitlist to learn what small contractors and property managers need most. Waitlist members get access first.
No. Each sub gets an email with a private upload link. They upload a PDF or a phone photo of the certificate, and that's it.
It reads the certificate and pulls out the carrier, policy numbers, effective and expiry dates, and coverage limits, then compares them with the requirements you set. Anything it isn't confident about is flagged for you to check. Nothing is marked approved until you approve it.
Neither. CertRally is a record-keeping and reminder tool. It doesn't verify policies with insurers or decide whether coverage is adequate for a job. Ask your insurance agent or broker about that.
Small general contractors, builders and property managers who track roughly 5–100 subcontractors or vendors and don't have a dedicated compliance team. We're starting with US ACORD 25-style certificates.
Founding members are offered US$39/month for up to 100 subcontractors, locked in while subscribed. Joining the waitlist is free, and you won't be charged unless you choose to start once it's ready.
Yes. The plan is for you to be able to download every certificate and a CSV summary at any time, including an audit pack for a chosen policy period.
